John Murray brings more than two decades of experience working in public policy, political and leadership roles. Before joining the WCA, he served as executive director of the Wisconsin Office of Justice Assistance where he oversaw more than $160 million of state and federal grants in the areas of criminal justice, juvenile justice, violence against women and homeland security. John has served as an advisor to several top legislative leaders including former Speaker of the Assembly Mike Huebsch and former Senate Majority Leader Dale Schultz. Murray also worked as Chief of Staff for Wisconsin Representative Paul Ryan and as the director of the Office of State-Federal Relations for Wisconsin Governor Scott McCallum in Washington, D.C. John has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from UW-Madison and lives in Sun Prairie with his wife and two sons.
John became WCA Executive Director in 2013. He is responsible for day-to-day operations and heads up the WCA's ongoing government affairs efforts at the Wisconsin State Capitol.

Brenda oversees member relations, vendor services for WCA conventions, and coordinates benefits for the association.
Andrea W. Murray
Education and Convention Manager
Andrea oversees continuing education (CE) coordination and event planning for the WCA Conventions held in the spring and fall.
Tammy McKeown, CT
Help Desk Manager
Tammy McKeown joined the WCA in the fall of 2014. She is a certified chiropractic technician and assists members with a wide variety of questions on topics such as billing and coding, insurance company issues, Medicare, Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury cases. Tammy also organizes and attends district meetings and student visits. After graduating from MATC, she worked within the Chiropractic profession for over 18 years as a CA/CT and Clinic Manager for two WCA members in the South Central district, as well as in billing and admissions for Meriter Hospital and Meriter Medical group located in Madison. She lives in McFarland and enjoys spending time with her son Colin.
Communications & Marketing Manager
David Bobka joined the WCA in September 2017 after serving as Director of Communications for the Wisconsin Optometric Association (WOA) for over six years. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. David is responsible for member communications, assisting with government affairs issues and communications, special projects, and The Wisconsin Chiropractor magazine.
Member Services Coordinator
Alicia Weich joined the WCA in December 2013 as a Member Services Coordinator. She works part time for the Help Desk, assisting members with a wide variety of questions on topics such as billing and coding, insurance company issues, Medicare, Worker’s Compensation & Personal Injury cases, and more. She also helps organize the WCA Insurance Relations Committee, which formed in the summer of 2014. She has worked for insurance companies such as Humana and WPS in the past, as well as in a billing office for the Dean Clinics located in Madison. Outside the office, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
