COURSE OVERVIEW

This seminar teaches the role of exercise as it relates to the function of our musculoskeletal system.

Attendees will gain a comprehensive review of musculoskeletal anatomy for both the upper and lower body as a baseline, and then dive deeper into active exploration of how specific exercises positively impact the functional quality of given muscles and muscle groups. Class participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably to allow for movement and exercise.

Snacks and water are provided. The class will be provided with break time to grab a bite to eat, but feel free to bring food with you if you prefer.
