Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows for exercise and movement. 

AM Session: Lower Extremity Rehab - 4 CE DC/CT*
Participants will understand how to effectively and efficiently diagnose and prescribe rehab exercises; learn functional tests for the lower extremity and prognostic factors for spine, hip and knee pain; and understand the differentiation of spine vs. hip complaint and common ‘red flags’ for Lower Extremity complaints. 
*This course is approved for both DCs and CTs; however, CTs MUST be certified in Exercise Rehab to participate.


PM Session: Cervical Spine Rehab - 4 CE DC
Add active care into your practice! Jeffrey Sergent, DC provides an evidence-based active care model of cervical spine conditions. The course includes key markers in history, exam and treatment and introduces a guid-ed problem-solving approach to treatment. Be confident evaluating the cervical spine for functional deficits, using functional movement screens. Use prognostic values for objective goal setting for patients

Coffee & snacks provided. 1 hour lunch break in between am & pm sessions. Lunch is on your own.

Jeffrey Sergent, DC is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences. He is a certified Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercise Trainer (DNS-EXT) and Certified Kinesiology Tape Practitioner (CKTP). He treats a variety of athletes from weekday warriors to professional sports. His practice in Cedarburg, WI integrates manual therapy, Chiropractic and rehab, and attracts CrossFit athletes from all over the world. As a speaker for Midwest Rehabilitation institute, Dr. Sergent lectures for doctors, CrossFit gyms, personal trainers and massage therapists on rehab and performance .
