This 6-hour class will review the parameters for and the importance of recording a complete history for a patient. “Red” and “Yellow” Flag questions and the various related conditions will be discussed so that a CT can find relevance for maintaining high standards in their duties of obtaining patient history. Intended for CTs seeking renewal for licensure. Suggested prerequisite: CT Delegation: Patient History.

Dr. Wendy Varish, DC, CCSP, CCOHC, is a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. She has served on numerous committees for chiropractic- related issues and has created and presented variety of educational courses and training workshops for DCs and their staff.
