This hands-on seminar teaches the role of exercise as it relates to the function of our musculoskeletal system. Course highlights include a comprehensive review of musculoskeletal anatomy for both the upper and lower body as a baseline, and an in-depth exploration of how specific exercises positively impact the functional quality of given muscles and muscle groups.
This class satisfies the 6-hour renewal requirement for CTs certified in exercise rehab. It does not count towards the 36-hour training requirement for initial certification.
Kay Miller, DC practices a hands-on approach to chiropractic and also utilizes the art of soft tissue treatment techniques including diversified, Thompson, activator, flexion/distraction, art, ultrasound therapy, sinus therapy, and electric stim therapy testing. Dr. Kay Miller has been practicing for 17 years. She is a graduate of Logan college in St. Louis MO. Dr. Miller is also a graduate of Marian college in Fond du Lac. Dr. Miller has been practicing ART (active release technique) for 11 years.
